Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain large-scale databases on AWS using AWS Aurora.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of PostgreSQL databases.
- Develop and execute database migration plans to ensure seamless data transfer between systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and optimize database schema for efficient query execution.
- Monitor database performance metrics such as CPU usage, memory consumption, and disk utilization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-12 years of experience in PostgreSQL administration with expertise in AWS Aurora/Amazon Aurora.
- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL Database Administration (DBA) best practices.
- Experience with MongoDB Administration is a plus but not mandatory.
