DBA Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior ETL / Database Developer with 79 years of hands-on experience in ETL development, database programming, and data integration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, SSMS, and experience working with multiple database platforms including Oracle, Teradata, and PostgreSQL. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and strong database troubleshooting skills will be an added advantage.

Experience Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Manage and monitor SQL Server Agent Jobs, including scheduling, execution, troubleshooting, and failure resolution.
• Work with multiple database technologies including Oracle, Teradata, and PostgreSQL for data integration and migration requirements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot database performance, data quality, ETL failures, and production issues.
• Identify root causes of database and ETL-related issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Optimize SQL queries, ETL packages, and database processes to improve performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading workflows based on business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with application developers, data engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and resolve technical issues.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across systems.
• Participate in deployment, production support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement activities.
• Follow development standards, documentation practices, version control, and change-management processes.
• Explore and support data integration requirements involving Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
