About this role
Database Migration Consultant is required to assist with the HSBC PayMe database migration of MYSQL, MSSQL and Redis from Azure to AWS with a combination of near realtime replication and backup/restore configurations.

- AWS DMS
- MySQL / SQL Server
- Database Technology: MySQL, SQL Server, Redis. Database Architecture, Data Replication, Read-Replica, Backup/Restore, DB Migration (Homogeneous)
- Cloud experience: AWS or Azure (strong experience with at least one), Migration experience On-Prem-to-Cloud, Cloud architecture, Database Security (encryption, etc.)
- DevOps Technology: Exposure to Automations and Infrastructure-as-Code in Cloud environment (AWS or Azure)
