Dayforce Solution Architect

• PM needed for Pre-production operations project. This is a stream in a large customer implementation.
• Any experience with Automotive industry or significant manufacturing experience is a great addition
Design and implement scalable solutions using the Dayforce HCM platform based on business and functional requirements.

Analyze HR, payroll, workforce management, benefits, talent, and related business processes to define appropriate Dayforce solutions.

Translate business requirements into solution architecture, configurations, integrations, and technical specifications.

Lead the architecture and design of Dayforce implementations, enhancements, and transformation projects.

Define integration approaches between Dayforce and third-party applications, HR systems, payroll platforms, identity systems, and enterprise applications.

Evaluate APIs, integration methods, data flows, security requirements, and system dependencies.
