Role Description The Day Care Incharge at Ipsaa is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center and ensuring a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children. This includes supervising staff, planning age-appropriate activities, managing schedules, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards throughout the facility. The role involves regular communication with parents and guardians, addressing their concerns, providing updates on children's progress, and supporting smooth admissions and transitions. The Day Care Incharge also ensures compliance with organizational policies and local regulations, keeps records updated, and coordinates with management on staffing, supplies, and program improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood care or education, preferably in a day care or pre-school setting.
• Strong child supervision and classroom management skills, with the ability to create a safe and encouraging environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with children, families, and staff members.
• Organizational and leadership abilities to manage daily operations, schedules, and staff coordination.
• Knowledge of basic health, safety, and hygiene practices relevant to child care facilities.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and follow established safety protocols.
• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfort with basic administrative tasks such as documentation, attendance tracking, and reporting.
