Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

1. Expert-level knowledge in Monitring Rule setting up and configuring of Datadog, Zabbix. Deep experience conducting Enterprise Tools Assessments and integrating alerts/metrics from legacy APM, network, and infrastructure monitoring tools. 2. Hands-on administration of Datadog & Zabbix 3. Ability to configure alert policies, conditions, thresholds, and muting rules. 4. Expertise integrating monitoring tools with ServiceNow via Webhooks. 5. Strong Automation skills with Terraform 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Unified Dashboarding: Architect and implement single-pane-of-glass reporting using Grafana/Datadog, integrating data from Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Thousand Eyes, Imperva, and Ansible.

2 Tools Assessment & Consolidation: Evaluate the current IT landscape (Datadog, Zabbix, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, etc.) to drive consolidation and optimize the target state.

3 Enterprise Discovery: Deploy and maintain Device42 for automated infrastructure discovery, application dependency mapping, and continuous CI synchronization with ServiceNow.

4 Backend Automation: Implement ticket-based and non-ticket-based routine operational automations leveraging Terraform
