Datacenter Operations & IT Infrastructure Technical Project Manager Experience: 8–15 Years Location: Chennai Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Datacenter Operations including rack & stack activities, server hardware management, structured cabling, power management, asset tracking, and infrastructure monitoring. Lead IT Infrastructure Projects involving server deployment, migration, upgrades, virtualization, cloud integration, and datacenter modernization initiatives. Oversee Windows/Linux servers, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and network infrastructure operations. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, OEMs, and stakeholders for project execution and operational support. Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Management. Drive SLA compliance, capacity planning, risk mitigation, governance, and operational excellence. Required Skills Datacenter Operations & Infrastructure Management Rack & Stack, Cabling, Power & Cooling Management Server Hardware Lifecycle Management Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, Firewalls) Windows/Linux Server Administration VMware / Hyper-V Virtualization Storage, Backup & Disaster Recovery IT Infrastructure Technical Project Management Vendor & Stakeholder Management ITIL Framework & Service Delivery Preferred Experience managing enterprise datacenters and infrastructure projects. Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud environments. ITIL, PMP, VMware, Microsoft, or Cloud certifications preferred.
