Databricks Technical Lead Commercial & Specialty Insurance

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Databricks Technical Lead to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale data platforms supporting Commercial Property & Casualty and Specialty Insurance operations. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in Databricks, Spark, Cloud Data Platforms, and Modern Lakehouse Architecture with strong business knowledge across key insurance functions including Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, Reinsurance, Actuarial, Risk Management, and Regulatory Reporting.

• Experience supporting AI/ML, GenAI, or predictive analytics initiatives
• Exposure to catastrophe modeling, actuarial analytics, or risk management reporting
• Experience leading global delivery teams
