About this role
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Database Security, Database Administration, or Cybersecurity Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience securing enterprise database environments.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB and cloud databases.
- Experience with Imperva DAM, IBM Guardium, Oracle Audit Vault, Microsoft Purview, BigID, or DSPM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Data Discovery, Data Classification, Data Masking, Tokenization, Encryption, TDE, KMS, and HSM.
- Experience with PAM tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
- Knowledge of SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or QRadar.
- Experience in vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and risk assessment.
- Strong scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, SQL, or Shell scripting.
- Good understanding of database security architecture, IAM, compliance, and security controls.
