Job Summary

The Team Member Database - L2 will be responsible for managing multiple Oracle, MS SQL and MySQL databases.

Job Responsibilities

• Attending MACD tickets
• Updating Customers/internal stakeholders
• Routine Checklist
• Inventory update
• Follow & commit with Yotta's Policy statements (eg. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM / BCMS / EnMS etc.)
• Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time.
• Understand the organization's expectations towards all management systems the company is certified for.
• Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute in achieving departmental & management system objectives.
• Adhere to confidentiality policy to safeguard sensitive company information, maintain trust with clients and partners, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Perform their duties in the event of emergency as per roles in ERP/BCMS plan.
• Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle.

Must Have Skill

• Good knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL databases
• Experience of Transactional SQL
• Experience in database High Availability features like Cluster, mirroring and log shipping.
• Experience in database replication.
• Experience in database backup and recovery

Good to Have Skill

• Excellent communication (written and verbal), database management, lessoning with teams and units, teamwork and delegation
• Understanding of network and Storage technologies
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux OS Awareness on Environmental, Health and Safety, Energy, Information Security, Quality, Service Management, Business continuity and other management systems of the organization
