Our team focuses on designing and managing secure, scalable, and high-performance database systems to support enterprise applications, data integration, analytics, and AI/ML-driven solutions.
Your Work Profile
We are looking for an experienced Database Architect (DBA) with 8+ years of experience in database design, architecture, administration, and optimization, with strong expertise in PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate should have experience in data integration, ETL pipelines, master data management, and building secure, scalable database environments.
Key Skills Required
- 8+ years of experience in database architecture, design, optimization, and administration.
- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, SQL, PL/pgSQL, triggers, and stored procedures.
- Experience with MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server and relational/non-relational databases.
- Hands-on experience in query tuning, indexing, partitioning, replication, clustering, and sharding.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery, disaster recovery, failover, and database security.
- Experience with database monitoring, migration, patching, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with ETL pipelines, data governance, master data management, and data integration.
- Experience with data validation, enrichment, and integration of government and third-party data sources.
- Knowledge of database environments supporting analytics, dashboards, and AI/ML-driven workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable PostgreSQL databases.
- Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and other techniques.
- Ensure data security, integrity, high availability, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Monitor database health, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance and upgrades.
- Manage database access, permissions, replication, and migration activities.
- Support ETL pipelines, master data management, and integration with external data sources.
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver secure and efficient database solutions.
Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant database experience.
