About this role
Role & responsibilities
The major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Market intelligence i.e. market mapping for existing & upcoming industrial/warehousing supplies
- Develop & maintain relations with occupiers, developers, landlords & brokers
- Keeping a track of land transactions & pricing thereof
- Competition mapping i.e. keeping track of industrial and warehousing transactions
- Create & update database in Savills formats and IT platforms
- Populating the option sheets for the team/Clients
- Creating Property Information Memorandums
- Conducting site visits with the Clients as and when required
- Local and outstation travelling
To apply Must to have: –
- Experience with Industrial Land / Warehousing
- Relationship with developers/suppliers
Existing database of available supply in the Mumbai and MMR markets
