We're Hiring: CockroachDB Database Engineer / Administrator

Location: Delhi NCR | Bangalore | Pune | Hyderabad | Kochi

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Design, deploy, and manage multi-region CockroachDB clusters ✅ Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and data consistency ✅ Monitor cluster health, replication, latency, and performance ✅ Perform capacity planning, scaling, and database optimization ✅ Troubleshoot production issues including node failures, replication lag, hotspotting, network partitions, and latency bottlenecks ✅ Implement backup, restore, disaster recovery, and point-in-time recovery strategies ✅ Automate provisioning, upgrades, patching, and cluster operations ✅ Execute rolling upgrades with minimal or zero downtime ✅ Optimize SQL queries and database schema performance ✅ Create operational runbooks, SOPs, and support on-call production environments
