Summary:As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for administering, developing, testing, and demonstrating databases. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to design, implement, and maintain new databases, ensuring their performance and reliability. You will also engage in backup and recovery processes, configuration management, and the installation of database management systems, while providing valuable input for procedural modifications and documentation to enhance problem resolution and daily maintenance activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their database management skills.

Monitor database performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency.

Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.

Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices.

Experience with backup and recovery strategies for database systems.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
