Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices in database management to optimize performance and security.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand database requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
• Strong knowledge of database architecture, design, and deployment strategies.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of database systems.
• Ability to develop and implement backup and recovery plans to safeguard data.
• Familiarity with database security protocols and compliance standards.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex database issues efficiently.

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
