Job Description

We are looking for experienced Data Testing Engineers with strong expertise in ETL testing, data validation, and Python-based testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in validating data pipelines, testing data transformations, and ensuring data quality across data warehouse and ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ETL testing and validate end-to-end data pipelines.
• Validate source-to-target data mapping, data transformations, and data migration.
• Write and execute SQL queries to verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Use Python scripts for test automation, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Identify, analyze, and report data defects and discrepancies.
• Perform backend testing for data warehouses and databases.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare test cases, test scenarios, test results, and defect reports.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in ETL Testing / Data Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting for data validation or testing.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and data reconciliation.
• Experience in source-to-target validation and data transformation testing.
• Knowledge of databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in defect tracking and test documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, DataStage, or SSIS.
• Knowledge of data warehouse testing and data migration testing.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks and Agile methodologies.
