Data Test Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Data Tester with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) testing to validate data quality, data integrity, and end-to-end data flows across enterprise data systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data testing, ETL/data validation, MDM concepts, and SQL, with the ability to identify data quality issues and work closely with data engineering, MDM, and business teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Testing / Data Quality / ETL Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in MDM Data Testing.
• Good understanding of Master Data Management concepts, including matching, merging, survivorship, hierarchies, relationships, and golden records.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Experience in source-to-target data validation and data mapping testing.
• Experience testing data integration and ETL/ELT processes.
• Strong understanding of data quality dimensions such as accuracy, completeness, consistency, uniqueness, validity, and integrity.
• Experience with defect management and testing lifecycle processes.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify data anomalies and inconsistencies.
