Data Engineer – L2 Support
Location: Gurugram
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Data Engineer – L2 Support to support data and analytics platforms, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure smooth execution of data pipelines and batch processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide L2 production support for data and analytics platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and batch jobs.
- Identify and resolve data processing failures and data quality issues.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Data Warehouses and Data Lakes.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring production issues.
- Coordinate with Data Engineering and Application teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor jobs and ensure timely completion of data workflows.
- Handle incidents and ensure resolution within defined SLA timelines.
