The Data Strategist collaborates with various teams to translate complex data into actionable insights, driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making processes. Continuous evaluation and refinement of data management practices are integral to maintaining a competitive edge in the industry.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with business objectives.
- Monitor and assess data governance policies to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on data management best practices.
- Continuously evaluate emerging data technologies and recommend improvements to existing data architecture.
