Job Title: US Data Steward – Junior Associate

Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar role

Job Summary The Data Steward is responsible for managing the data quality within CRM and MDM including, routine reporting, DCR queue, data standardization, research, cleansing, and de-duplication and establishing quality expectations and enforcing standards and best practices. During the initial screening, please prioritize candidates with:

• Hands-on experience in

Master Data Management (MDM) or

Data Stewardship (Customer, Product, Vendor, Material, HCP/HCO, etc.).

• Strong

RDBMS/SQL skills with experience in data validation, data cleansing, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.

• Experience in

Data Quality, Data Governance, business rules, and master data maintenance within an operational environment.

• Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain experience will be preferred ; however, candidates from other domains with strong Data Stewardship, Master Data Management, and operational data management experience can also be considered.
• Exposure to

Reltio, Veeva CRM, Salesforce , or similar MDM/CRM platforms will be an added advantage (preferred but not mandatory).

• Good stakeholder communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate MDM concepts, Data Stewardship processes, and their day-to-day responsibilities.
• Candidates should ideally have experience working in operational, SLA-driven environments supporting business users.

Essential Skills and experience

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong knowledge on databases and database concepts, SQL, analytical tools
• Familiarity with MS Office Tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Document processes and adhere to standard operating procedures and processes
• Basic project management skills and be detail oriented
• Capable of managing multiple projects/requests simultaneously
• Work in teams, Collaborate and ensure Compliance
• Basic to limited exposure to issue/ticket management and/or tracking tools (ex: JIRA, ServiceNow)

Desirable Skills and experience

• Exposure to MDM tools and systems – Informatica, Reltio & Veeva
• Familiarity with tools like QLIK, PowerBI
• Industry Data knowledge – OneKey, Veeva Open Data, Definitive Health Care data, Payer Data etc.
