Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain SIMSi records when customer names or addresses have discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve customer name and address discrepancies by verifying details against source systems.
- Identify and update missing equipment information based on the active serial number.
- Investigate and resolve fleet profile mismatches.
