Role Overview

The Production Support Lead will lead from Operations Prod Support Standpoint Actively participate in applications production support ensuring high availability performance and stability of critical systems Act as the primary onshore contact for business stakeholders coordinating closely with offshore teams for L2 incident problem and change management Perform hands on troubleshooting root cause analysis RCA and resolution of complex application and data issues Oversee impact due to production releases monitoring ing and operational readiness while ensuring SLA and compliance adherence Drive continuous improvement mentor support teams and ensure clear communication across operations development and business users

Required Skills Competencies

Strong technical experience in ETL L2L3 production support using IBM DataStage and SSIS

Proven ability to troubleshoot ETL failures performance issues and scheduling operational incidents

Unix Linux with monitoring job scheduling and performance optimization in production environments

Expertise in ITIL processes and service delivery frameworks

Excellent leadership communication and Problem Solving skills during chaotic situations

Education

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field

ITIL certification preferred
