Data Sourcing and CRM Executive

Beverage Trade Network is looking for a Data Sourcing and CRM Executive to research companies and professionals, source accurate business contact information, and maintain high-quality data in our CRM.

This is a data-focused role requiring strong internet research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with lead-generation and database tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Research companies and relevant decision-makers across the USA, UK and international markets.
• Source business data from company websites, LinkedIn, industry directories, trade associations and online databases.
• Use tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo and other data-sourcing platforms.
• Identify contacts based on job title, industry, company type, location and other targeting criteria.
• Find and verify business email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles and company information.
• Add new leads, companies and contacts accurately into the CRM.
• Update, clean, categorize and maintain existing CRM records.
• Remove duplicate or incomplete records and improve overall database quality.
• Segment data for email, telesales and business-development campaigns.
• Follow defined formats and quality standards while entering data.
• Maintain daily and weekly reports on records researched, verified and uploaded.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to understand their data requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong internet research and data-sourcing skills.
• Good written English and ability to understand international company websites.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM and data tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and email-verification platforms.
• Ability to understand job titles, company structures and decision-maker roles.
• Good time management and ability to meet daily data targets.
• Basic understanding of data privacy and responsible handling of business information.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in data research, lead generation, CRM management, web research or data entry.
• Experience sourcing B2B contacts for the USA or UK market.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or a similar CRM is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong research skills and attention to detail may also apply.

• Number of qualified contacts added.
• Accuracy and completeness of CRM records.
• Email and phone-data validity.
• Duplicate rate and data quality.
• Achievement of daily and weekly sourcing targets.
• Ability to deliver data based on specific sales requirements.
