Must-have Skills

• Has 6–9 years’ experience working as a Data Business Analyst or Data Solution Lead in a highly complex, data led environment
• Strong capability to read, write, and reason with SQL for exploring data and validating logic.
• Deep understanding of data models, data flows, and system behaviour, with the ability to explain them to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to articulate ideas both to business and technical teams, leveraging experience on both sides to gain buy in and drive powerful solutions
• Background in previous data roles within design, development or analysis teams using SQL exploratory skills to ratify assumptions
• Proven experience working directly with engineering/technical teams to deliver data products, pipelines, dashboards, MDM, governance, or transformation
