Senior AI & Big Data Advisory Consultant to drive transformative Generative AI journeys for our global clients. In this customer-facing leadership role, you will bridge the gap between complex cutting-edge AI technology and high-impact business outcomes, guiding C-level executives and technical teams through strategic discovery, architectural analysis, and seamless execution. (Note: Immediate joiners are highly preferred for this role!) What You'll Do
- Strategic Leadership & Advisory: Spearhead C-level discussions, build trusted advisor relationships, and architect strategic enterprise roadmaps for AI and Big Data adoption.
- GenAI Excellence: Lead engagements focusing on Generative AI model selection, custom data preparation, fine-tuning, guardrail implementation, and comprehensive architectural analysis.
- Ecosystem Mastery: Navigate complex GenAI toolchains, leveraging your deep understanding of Kubernetes, MLOps, and AIOps frameworks.
- Discovery & Workshops: Plan, organize, and lead high-impact onsite customer workshops, stakeholder interviews, and SME sessions to unearth critical business objectives and data environments.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate seamlessly with data scientists, partners, and vendors to articulate complex technical concepts and deliver exceptional enterprise-wide technology solutions. What You Bring (Skills & Requirements)
- Experience: 5+ years in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, with at least 3+ years in a progressive, customer-facing professional services delivery or advisory role.
- GenAI & LLM Mastery: Deep, hands-on knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), model customization, and MLOps/AIOps tools (such as cnvrg.io, MLflow, and Domino).
- Technical Acumen:
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages (
Python or
R ).
- Strong expertise in relational database systems (
SQL ) and object-based data stores.
- Advanced applied statistics skills (distributions, hypothesis testing, regression).
- Communication & Delivery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of driving projects using Lean and Iterative Deployment Methodologies.
- Agility: A natural drive to master emerging technologies, paired with the ability to translate business challenges into practical, scalable solutions. Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Certifications: Industry-recognized credentials (e.g., Nvidia, Dell, Kubernetes, RHEL).
- Distributed Systems: Experience scaling workloads with distributed frameworks like Apache Hadoop or Apache Spark.
- Data Fluency: Expertise in parsing and analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development practices.
