Data Scientist

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong programming expertise and a solid foundation in computer science fundamentals. The ideal candidate will have experience developing AI/ML solutions, building scalable data-driven applications, and leveraging advanced analytics to solve complex business problems. This role requires expertise in machine learning, data mining, optimization techniques, and data visualization to deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models to solve business challenges.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Build scalable data processing pipelines and optimize data workflows.
• Develop robust solutions using Python, Java, or other related programming languages.
• Apply advanced algorithms and data structures to improve application performance.
• Implement numerical optimization techniques for predictive analytics and decision-making.
• Work with structured and unstructured data using data mining and parsing techniques.
• Develop and maintain distributed and parallel computing solutions for large-scale data processing.
• Create dashboards and reports using business intelligence and visualization tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Evaluate and improve model performance through experimentation and continuous optimization.
• Stay updated with emerging AI, machine learning, and data science technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced programming experience in Python, Java, or another object-oriented programming language.
• Strong understanding of: + Algorithms and Data Structures + Data Parsing + Numerical Optimization + Data Mining + Parallel and Distributed Computing + High-Performance Computing
• Hands-on experience with AI and Machine Learning techniques, including model development, training, and evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Experience using machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
