Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and curious Data Scientist with 1-2 years of experience who enjoys solving complex business problems using data, machine learning, and statistical modelling. The ideal candidate should have strong Python skills, a good understanding of machine learning algorithms, and the ability to work on end-to-end AI projects.

What You'll Do

• Build, train, and optimize machine learning models for business use cases.
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Work on predictive modelling, forecasting, classification, and recommendation systems.
• Clean, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop and deploy Python-based data science solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Experiment with new algorithms and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning.
• Document methodologies, findings, and model performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Good understanding of Machine Learning and Statistical Modelling techniques.
• Hands-on experience with libraries such as:
• Pandas
• NumPy
• Scikit-learn
• TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Experience with SQL and database concepts.
• Understanding of model evaluation metrics and experimentation techniques.
• Familiarity with APIs and data pipelines is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have

• Experience in Time Series Forecasting.
• Exposure to Computer Vision or Generative AI.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience deploying models using Flask, FastAPI, or Docker.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Candidates from Tier-1 or Tier-2 institutes will be preferred.
