Roles and Responsibilities:

• Next-Gen Orchestration: Building complex, stateful multi-agent workflows using

LangGraph or

AutoGen (beyond standard LangChain).

• Fine-Tuning & Architecture: Handling LLM fine-tuning (

LoRA / QLoRA ), custom HuggingFace implementations, and optimizing advanced

RAG architectures .

• Vector Infra: Managing advanced semantic search using Vector DBs (Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant, etc.).
• Production MLOps: Deploying, monitoring, and scaling pipelines with MLflow, CI/CD, and robust cloud platforms.
