Data Scientist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain complex data models using Python programming language to drive business insights and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms for scoringcards (scorecards) development.
• Design and deploy predictive analytics solutions to solve real-world problems, leveraging expertise in data modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in data science methodologies, tools, and technologies within the organization.
• Feature Engineering: Identify and engineer relevant features from structured and unstructured data sources.
  
• ML Model Development: Design and develop innovative AI and ML models. Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and fine-tune models for optimal results.
  
• Model Deployment & MLOps: Deploy models into production using cloud platforms. Build and manage end-to-end ML pipelines ensuring proper model governance, explainability.
  

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in Data Science or related field with a strong background in Python programming language.
• Proficiency in developing complex data models using various techniques such as regression analysis, clustering algorithms etc. .
• Experience working with scorecards (scorecards) development is essential; knowledge of machine learning frameworks like scikit-learn or TensorFlow is desirable.
