Role & responsibilities

Backend & Engineering :
• Strong hands-on Python development
• Experience building scalable backend applications/APIs
• Strong software engineering fundamentals

Generative AI / LLM :
• Strong experience with Generative AI & LLMs
• Hands-on experience developing LLM-based applications
• Production implementation of RAG pipelines
• Understanding of Agentic AI architectures
• Experience with function/tool calling and multi-step AI agents
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or equivalent frameworks
• Experience with Vector Databases
• Understanding of LLM evaluation, observability & monitoring
• Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails and responsible AI practices

Full Stack :
• Hands-on experience with React.js / JavaScript
• Experience with Node.js
• Ability to build and integrate AI-powered user experiences
