Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing predictive models, and delivering actionable insights to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning and predictive analytics models.
• Perform data collection, cleansing, transformation, and feature engineering.
• Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to derive business insights.
• Build statistical and forecasting models to support decision-making.
• Design and implement end-to-end data science solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product teams.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve model accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and Data Science.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Python for data analysis and machine learning.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistical Modeling.
• Experience with libraries such as:
• Pandas
• NumPy
• Scikit-learn
• TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Matplotlib / Seaborn
• Expertise in data mining, predictive analytics, and model optimization.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge of Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, or Computer Vision.
• Knowledge of Spark, Hadoop, or Big Data technologies.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments.
• Exposure to feature stores, model registries, and MLOps frameworks.
• Cloud certification (GCP/AWS/Azure) is an added advantage.
