Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to develop innovative AI-driven solutions for complex business problems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, building, deploying, and monitoring predictive and generative AI models, along with strong programming and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business problems and translate them into scalable data science solutions.
• Build, train, validate, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Develop NLP solutions for text classification, sentiment analysis, information extraction, summarization, chatbot and LLM-based use cases.
• Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and model evaluation.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Teams, Business Stakeholders, and Technology Teams.
• Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and production deployment.
• Monitor model performance and implement model retraining strategies.
• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, research papers, and industry trends.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Good to Have

• Generative AI and LLM implementation experience.
• RAG-based application development
