Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, AI/ML, Python, statistics, and data analysis. The candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying data-driven solutions, identifying automation opportunities, and solving complex business problems using ML and AI techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Machine Learning models to solve business problems.
• Perform data mining, data wrangling, EDA, feature engineering, visualization, and dataset creation.
• Select appropriate algorithms/models based on business requirements.
• Work with numeric, text, and image/imaging datasets.
• Identify automation opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
• Build and improve practical AI/ML solutions independently.
• Work with cloud platforms, Azure ML services, and ML deployment.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable solutions.
• Work with healthcare data sources such as EMR, Epic, laboratory, and pharmacy data where applicable.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Machine Learning, statistical modeling, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Strong experience in data mining, wrangling, EDA, visualization, and feature engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and ML services.
• Experience in ML model deployment.
• Experience working with numeric, text, and image data.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
