Data Scientist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain complex predictive models using machine learning algorithms to drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that meet customer needs.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets.
• Provide technical guidance on data science best practices to junior team members.

Job Requirements :

• 9-16 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry.
• Strong expertise in machine learning model development using Python programming language.
• Proven track record of developing high-performing predictive models that drive business results.
