Roles & Responsibilities

• The role is for a Data Scientist / AIML Engineer / Gen AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize production-grade AI applications. The position focuses on AI system design, RAG workflows, LLM-based solutions, and deployment of scalable machine learning systems.
• The candidate will work closely with engineering and business teams to develop reliable AI products, integrate APIs, and continuously improve performance in a production environment.
• Design scalable and reliable AI systems
• Improve production readiness, maintainability, and performance of AI solutions
• Perform root cause analysis and debugging of AI pipelines
• Develop automated evaluation, validation, and testing strategies
• Design LLM workflows with structured outputs, validation, retrieval, and business rules
• Create and maintain RAG pipelines and AI agent frameworks
• Perform data analysis, model evaluation, and performance optimization
• Develop APIs and integrate AI solutions into products and platforms
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed AI systems
