We are developing intelligent systems that combine health data, lifestyle patterns, nutrition, fitness, sleep, mental wellness, wearable devices, and personalized interventions to improve long-term health outcomes for individuals and organizations. As a founding team member, you'll play a key role in building the AI and data intelligence layer that powers the future of HiWox. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI and machine learning models for personalized healthcare and wellness recommendations.
• Analyze structured and unstructured health, nutrition, fitness, sleep, behavioral, and wearable device data to generate actionable insights.
• Build predictive models for health risk assessment, adherence prediction, customer engagement, and personalized wellness journeys.
• Develop recommendation engines, scoring algorithms, and analytics dashboards for users, healthcare professionals, gyms, corporates, and partner organizations.
• Build scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, feature engineering pipelines, and model deployment systems.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, healthcare, nutrition, UI/UX, and business teams to integrate AI into the HiWox platform.
• Research emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, generative AI, healthcare analytics, behavioral science, and digital health to continuously enhance the platform.
• Support future R&D initiatives, publications, intellectual property development, and healthcare innovation projects. Who Should Apply?
• Background in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, machine learning, data visualization, statistical modeling, and AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics, deep learning, recommendation systems, NLP, time-series analysis, or healthcare analytics is preferred.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, large datasets, APIs, and data engineering workflows is an advantage.

equity-only founding team role . There is

no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase . Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization. Equity allocation will follow the company's founder onboarding process, including discussion rounds, an NDA-based evaluation phase, co-founder agreement, and a long-term vesting structure.
