Data Scientist (AIML)

About the Role We are looking for a Data Scientist who is passionate about solving real-world business problems using Machine Learning and AI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building AI solutions that move beyond notebooks into production systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions across analytics, automation, and intelligent document processing use cases.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions for enterprise use cases. • Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and embedding models. • Design and implement AI agents and workflow automation using modern agentic frameworks. • Perform data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and monitoring. • Integrate AI models with APIs, databases, and business applications. • Work with structured and unstructured data, including documents, PDFs, and OCR outputs. • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions. • Create technical documentation, POCs, and presentations for client demonstrations.

Required Skills Programming & Data • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. • Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.

Machine Learning • Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. • Experience with feature engineering, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning. • Familiarity with NLP and text analytics.

Generative AI • Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, or open-source models. • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks. • Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI concepts. • Experience building RAG applications using FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, or similar vector stores.

Engineering & Deployment • Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask. • Familiarity with Git and Docker. • Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.

Good to Have • Experience with OCR technologies and document AI. • Exposure to Power BI or Tableau. • Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or Microsoft Power Platform. • Knowledge of Databricks or PySpark. • Experience in deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.

Preferred Background • B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. • 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering.

Ideal Candidate Profile Someone who can: • Build a predictive model, • Develop a RAG application, • Wrap it into an API, • Deploy it, • Explain it to a client, • And take ownership of the solution end-to-end.
