Data Scientist-Cx Analytics will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience through data-driven insights and advanced analytics. This role involves mapping customer behaviors, developing machine learning models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data capture and deployment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about using data to solve business problems and improve customer engagement. Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Leverage advanced analytics techniques to map and understand customer behaviors.
- Demonstrate robust understanding of data structures and fields required for customer experience analysis.
- Translate business perspectives into analytical solutions that enhance customer experience.
- Innovate and develop ML/AI models to improve business performance and customer outcomes.
- Apply relevant analytics algorithms to extract actionable insights from internal and external data sources.
- Perform data cleansing, merging, enrichment, and transformation to prepare high-quality datasets for modelling.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Build recommendation engines and propensity models to support cross-sell and up-sell strategies
- Validate models to ensure accuracy, stability, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Present complex model outputs and insights in a clear, business-friendly manner.
- Liaise with business and technology teams to lead initiatives for structured data capture and storage.
- Partner with technology teams to define and execute deployment roadmaps for analytical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to increase adoption of analytics in decision-making processes.
- Maintain awareness of how individual contributions align with the Bank’s broader vision. What We Are Looking For Education
- Graduation in BSC or BCA or B.Tech.
Experience
- 5 years of relevant Experience in customer analytics, machine learning model development, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions that improve customer experience. Skills and Attributes
