Role Summary:
Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI systems with a focus on NLP, generative AI, and machine learning. Own end-to-end project delivery, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.
What Youll Do:
- Build and fine-tune LLMs (LoRA, PEFT) for domain-specific, privacy-preserving use cases
- Design advanced RAG and multimodal chatbot systems using knowledge graphs (Neo4j, GraphRAG)
- Apply MCP, ADK, and langraph for agentic application development
- Program primarily in Python
- Apply prompt engineering and generative AI for data extraction and reporting automation
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI/ML roadmaps
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 3+ years experience as a Data Scientist, AI Engineer, or ML Engineer
- Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with FastAPI, Django, and Streamlit
- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering
- Experience with RAG architectures and vector/graph databases
- Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD
- Experience building classification/regression models (Random Forest, SVM, Gradient Boosting)
- Strong communication skills and experience presenting to stakeholders
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience in fintech or financial services
- Familiarity with AutoGen, Google ADK, or MCP
