: Upto 9LPA Basic Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Analytics, Data Science and Machine Learning using Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI etc. to solve business problems
• Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/IT or Stats/Maths/Economics (other backgrounds can be considered if rest of the candidature is good)
• Ability to train on how to manage analytics project lifecycle, statistical concepts, coding, modeling and problem solving on the whole
• Should be good with Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Experience in teaching/training with EdTech firms will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Train learners on how to conduct data extraction, cleaning, modeling and insight generation to drive business results using various analytical tools and technologies.
• Provide guidance, training and problem solving assistance to learners for various Data Science projects
• Train learners on end-to-end problem solving journey through various statistical/coding tools and techniques
• Helps with grading, assessment, mock interviews, and work with the program managers and career services team closely to make the learners industry ready.
• Conducting interview preparation sessions to enable the learners crack the interview and support placement activities.
• Lead pilot projects hands-on to solve real-time data science problems for clients using various statistical and modeling techniques.
• Collaborate with Program Managers (Analytics) to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased learner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Content team for product upgradation and content creation.
• 50% of the bandwidth will be spent on training learners. The remaining time will be spent on assisting with assessments and solving real-world business problems for clients (hands-on).
