Role Description The Data Science Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to support product development and business decision-making. The specialist will build and validate statistical and machine learning models, generate data-driven insights, and create visualizations and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with engineering and product teams, designing experiments, monitoring model performance, and contributing to AI-driven solutions and workflows. The role also requires documenting methodologies, maintaining data quality standards, and staying current with industry trends and tools in data science.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics to design experiments, perform hypothesis testing, and build robust predictive models.
• Candidates should possess Data Science skills, including experience with machine learning techniques, model evaluation, and working with large datasets.
• Candidates should possess Data Analytics and Data Analysis skills to extract insights, create dashboards, and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science (such as Python or R) and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks.
• Experience with databases, SQL, and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Effective communication skills, ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, and a commitment to ethical and responsible use of data and AI.
