- Agentic System Architecture: Design and deploy sophisticated AI Agents capable of multi-step planning and autonomous tool-use (e.g., executing Python scripts, SQL queries, or ML models) to solve open-ended engineering questions.
- Algorithmic Orchestration: Enable agents to select and apply the right analytical methods-ranging from Time-Series Plotting and Anomaly Detection to Frequent Pattern Mining and Load Spectra Comparison-based on natural language intent.
- Strategic Model Benchmarking: Lead the evaluation of Open Source (e.g., Llama, Mistral) vs. Cloud-Native (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) models. Define the "pros and cons" for our stack, balancing latency, privacy, and cost.
- Unified Intelligence Synthesis: Pioneer the integration of structured telemetry (high-frequency sensors) with unstructured knowledge (field issue reports, manuals, dealer comments) using RAG and multimodal embeddings.
- Architectural Decision Making: Advise on the "Build vs. Buy" roadmap. Identify when to leverage managed platforms (e.g., Databricks Mosaic) versus when to transition to self-hosted, fine-tuned models.
- Quantitative Expertise: 7+ years of professional experience (PhD preferred) navigating complex, large-scale industrial datasets.
- Agentic AI & LLM Proficiency: Deep experience with orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI) and building autonomous "Plan-and-Execute" loops.
- Advanced Analytics Mastery: Strong command of Python, SQL, and PySpark. Proven ability to implement diverse algorithms: from time-series analysis and frequent itemset mining to statistical load distributions.
- Deployment Versatility: Hands-on experience with both Cloud-Native AI services (Databricks) and Open Source serving stacks (e.g., Ollama) within private VPCs.
- Data Security Mindset: A strong understanding of security regarding "data-out" vs. "data-in" models, with a focus on protecting sensitive industrial data.
- Big Data Provenance: Extensive experience in Big Data ecosystems, managing high-velocity streams and distributed computing.
