Data Science ML Engineer

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Data Science and ML Engineer with 7 to 9 years of hands-on experience to join our growing analytics team in Pune, responsible for designing and deploying end-to-end machine learning solutions that drive business outcomes.
• The role requires deep expertise in Python for building scalable data pipelines, statistical models, and machine learning workflows, along with strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, transformation, and analysis across large datasets.
• Candidates must have practical experience working with AWS Lambda for serverless ML model deployment and event-driven data processing pipelines integrated with cloud-based infrastructure.
• Experience with Looker for building interactive business intelligence dashboards, LookML modeling, and translating machine learning insights into actionable visual reports for stakeholders is essential.
• Hands-on experience leveraging Claude or similar large language model APIs for building intelligent NLP-based applications, prompt engineering, and integrating generative AI capabilities into data products is highly preferred.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the full machine learning lifecycle including feature engineering, model training, hyperparameter tuning, validation, and production deployment with monitoring strategies.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business intelligence to define data requirements, model objectives, and success metrics for ML initiatives.
