About this role
Red & White Skill Education is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable AI/ML & Data Science Faculty to train and mentor students in industry-relevant technologies.
If you have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct interactive offline classroom training in AI/ML and Data Science.
- Teach concepts from beginner to advanced levels using live coding and real-world examples.
- Conduct practical sessions and hands-on projects.
- Guide students through projects, assignments, hackathons, and capstone projects.
- Mentor students for technical interviews, resume building, and career development.
- Evaluate student performance through practical assignments and assessments.
- Update training content according to current industry trends and technologies.
Programming & Data:
Python, SQL, Excel, Data Preprocessing, Feature Engineering
Data Analytics:
Power BI, Data Visualization, Business Analytics
Statistics & Machine Learning:
Mathematics, Advanced Statistics, Supervised ML, Unsupervised ML, Model Selection & Evaluation
Advanced AI:
Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, Reinforcement Learning
- Eligibility: 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience will be preferred.
- Strong industry professionals with a passion for teaching are also welcome to apply.
