Job Description
We re looking for a Data Science / AI-ML Lead to drive intelligent solutions across real-world business problems. You ll work closely with engineering and cloud teams to design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems that actually get used, not just demoed.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and deployment of ML and AI solutions
- Translate business problems into data-driven approaches and models
- Build, train, and optimize machine learning models at scale
- Collaborate with cloud, DevOps, and engineering teams for production deployment
- Mentor junior data scientists and guide best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science / AI-ML roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks, and data pipelines
- Experience deploying models in production (not just notebooks)
- Solid understanding of statistics, algorithms, and model evaluation
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or similar
