Data Reporting Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience in dashboard and report development.
• Good understanding of data reporting, data analysis and visualization.
• Experience in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and report/dashboard validation.
• Ability to understand business requirements and work as a Business Process SME.
• Experience in Alteryx workflows, data transformation and ETL.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement/business process activities is preferred.
• Exposure to MRN-related processes/departments will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau.
• Use Alteryx for data preparation, transformation and reporting workflows.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Perform UAT and validate dashboard/report accuracy.
• Work with business stakeholders as a reporting/process SME.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and business processes.
