Data Programming and Reporting Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of overall IT experience, with significant hands-on experience in Profisee MDM (configuration, model building, workflow design, match/merge/survivorship rules).
• Strong proficiency in MS SQL - complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data validation logic.
• Working knowledge of Profisee workflow configuration - approval chains, business rules, notifications, and stewardship processes.
• Solid understanding of SAP data structures and master data domains (e.g., customer and vendor master data) and how they integrate with downstream MDM systems.
• Ability to operate as a basic solution architect comfortable designing data flows, integration touchpoints, and scalable technical solutions, not just executing tickets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and governance principles.
• Good communication skills to liaise between business stakeholders, SAP teams, and technical/reporting teams.
  BS Degree in Finance, Data Science or Management Information Systems
• Extensive MS Excel and data analysis skills, Power BI would be a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
