Data Product Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise Data Product strategy and operating model.
• Establish and manage the Data Product portfolio aligned to business priorities.
• Identify and prioritize high-value data products across domains such as Customer, Finance, Risk, Marketing, Operations, and Regulatory Reporting.
• Develop product vision, roadmap, business cases, and value realization plans.
• Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and translate them into data-driven capabilities.
• Own product demand management, prioritization, and investment decisions.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across business, analytics, AI, and technology teams.
• Define success metrics, adoption KPIs, and business outcome measurements.
• Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through scaling and retirement.
• Champion data-driven decision making and self-service consumption across the organization.
• Build executive dashboards to track product adoption, business impact, and ROI.
• Create and govern a consistent Data Product framework across the enterprise.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Business Intelligence.
• Prior experience of regulatory reporting as a BA/Product Owner for regulations like, FATCA, Basel or any other regulation related to US market.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Data Product, Data Strategy, or Analytics initiatives.
• Strong track record of managing senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Experience building product roadmaps, business cases, and value realization frameworks.
• Expertise in Data Product Management, Product Portfolio Management, Use Case Prioritization, Business Value Realization, Agile Product Management, and Change Management.
