Data Privacy Analyst / Data Privacy Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for Data Privacy professionals with 2-5 years of experience in Data Privacy, Privacy Compliance, GDPR, DPDP, CCPA and Privacy Governance.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing privacy programs, conducting privacy assessments, managing data privacy documentation and supporting compliance with global privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Data Privacy and Privacy Compliance programs.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, DPDP, CCPA and other applicable global privacy regulations.
• Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and privacy risk assessments.
• Create and maintain Records of Processing Activities (ROPA).
• Support Consent Management and privacy governance activities.
• Manage and document the personal data lifecycle, including data collection, processing, storage, sharing and deletion.
• Support data mapping, data inventory and personal data discovery initiatives.
• Identify privacy risks and support implementation of appropriate privacy controls and remediation measures.
• Work with business, legal, technology, security and compliance teams on privacy requirements.
• Support privacy audits, assessments, regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of privacy policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
• Support privacy awareness and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Work with privacy management tools and consent management platforms where applicable.
