Lead the implementation of best practices and standards for data platform development and maintenance.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.

Monitor platform performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

Strong experience in designing and managing scalable data architectures.

Expertise in data integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

Ability to troubleshoot complex data platform issues and provide effective solutions.

Familiarity with cloud-based data services and distributed computing environments.

Experience in automating data workflows and optimizing data processing pipelines.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.
